The FLOS Almendra range is available in a choice of sizes and colours.

Created by Patricia Urquiola, Almendra is a modular lighting system whose shapes and colors are reminiscent of the almond tree, from which it takes its name.

The Almendra Sustainability Credentials:
1. No glue is used to assemble the different parts.
2. Complies with the International Sustainability & Carbon Certification (ISCC) protocol
3. Almendra can be completely dismantled, and each part can be recycled properly depending on the material.
4. The material used for Almendra’s leaves is produced with 100% sustainable resources and no petroleum. Leaves are made of a special plastic with same characteristics of polycarbonate deriving from waste/oil coming from paper production.

Each leaf can be turned in steps of 60º to obtain a different configuration and lighting mood.
The leaves can be arranged in the positions indicated (A-B-C-D-E-F) provided that the symmetry of the appliance is respected so that the lamp remains balanced once assembled.

This product is available with either a plain white ceiling rose or by special request a 'primer' ceiling rose which can be painted with water based finishes.
