London Lighting recently donated the lighting for the communal area at The Ronald McDonald House Tooting which is part of St Georges Hospital. They are a not for profit charity, who provide free of charge “home from home” accommodation to the families of seriously ill children, currently receiving treatment in hospitals around the country. An 8 bedroom house, within the grounds of the hospital, allows families to be as close by as possible, eliminating their travel costs and times, and granting them the chance to retain some normality at an otherwise testing time. Each family can stay for however long their child is being treated, whether that is for 1 night or for years.
